We are on the move for the year, but only in Enchanted Moon! This trip is down to Calcutt for painting the outside of the boat. So we are looking at 4 weeks of hard labour!!

Once finished we will be hot footing it back, by road, to Hawn Basin to take The Glas Barge down to Droitwich for the St Richards festival over the May Day bank holiday weekend. This will be the first trading event of the season, but after that it will be all go for the rest of the summer.

The Open weekend at Hawne Basin is 13th and 14th May and for this we need to get both boats back to the basin, in time to get things ready for a busy weekend. If sales are good we will then be busy making new stock for the following weekend when we are taking part in the Arts and Crafts Festival at Quinton Methodist Church. This event is ‘land based’ so we will be setting up our stall rather then selling from the boat.

I have been looking around me for new ideas to put into our jewellery for the new season and these are some of the things I have been considering.
